1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pulseed.xyz platform (“Pulse,” “the Platform,” or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a healthcare organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. For details on how mobile data is handled, see our Privacy Policy, which states that mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

4. User Accounts

Access to the Platform is granted by your organization’s administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of healthcare scheduling and operations management. You may not use the Platform to transmit harmful, unlawful, or unauthorized content, or to interfere with the Platform’s operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Pulse ED is not liable for scheduling errors, missed notifications, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
